Tal Ovadia, widow of the late Yotam, is shocked by the hearing of the terrorist family's petition to be held in the High Court tomorrow • "Like a knife in the stomach, family destruction"

Tal Ovadia did not sleep as of Thursday. That evening, she first revealed that a hearing will be held in the High Court tomorrow on the petition of the terrorist who murdered her husband, Yotam, nearly two years ago in a man's settlement in Benjamin. His family demands that Israel release his body so that she can have a funeral. 

In a post she posted to her Facebook page on Friday, she said: "I will fight as hard as I can for the High Court to reject their demand outright, and do everything possible to ensure that Shaheed does not have a Shahid funeral and distribution of candies," and called on her friends to come to the hearing Monday morning.

In a conversation with "Israel Today", she recovers the moment she found out about the hearing through her friend Michal Salomon, widow of Elad Salomon, who was murdered about three years ago with his father and sister in an infiltration attack in the Neve Tsof settlement in Benjamin. 

"I'm in a bad feeling, it's like a knife in my stomach. I went back a year and nine months, all day I cry, my whole body hurts. It makes me sleepy. My biggest fear is that the High Court will accept the request and release the body so his family can edit it Shahid's funeral as it was on the day of Yotam's murder, when they distributed candies in Ramallah and raised fireworks. This is a man who has ruined a family, left little children growing up without a father, who need emotional therapy. I do everything they can to help them, but nothing will help without their father. No matter how much I give them and try not to miss them, Dad is Dad. "

Yotam was murdered on Tu B'Av, Hebrew Valentine's Day. That evening he brought chocolates and flowers and planned to make her a romantic meal. They were photographed with Salafi with the children, and when Tell went to bed to sleep the little ones, Harel, two, and seven months old, went to Yotam's parents, On the way back, a few meters from his house, he attacked a terrorist who had entered a settlement minutes earlier with a knife and stabbed him in the neck and other parts of his body. 

"Yotam fought like a lion, but he suffered a severe injury and didn't stand a chance," Tal says. In the struggle of Yotam, a former Border Fighter, he stopped the terrorist from harming other residents. One resident, who noticed what was happening, killed the terrorist. 

At the hearing tomorrow, her employees will ask the judges to speak. "If I can speak, I will say on my heart and plead not to release his body. Once they release his body, the deterrence will disappear. The future terrorists will see that it is lucrative to carry out attacks."
