The driver and passengers were trapped after falling down to about 3 feet deep lawn after speculation. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene to rescue the two injured. The 35-year-old driver fell into a coma and was rushed to the North District Hospital where he was certified dead. The passenger was injured in the head, hands and feet and was still awake. The police are investigating the incident.

The male driver, aged about 30, was sent to a hospital in a coma, but was certified dead after the rescue. As for the male passenger, he was injured. It is reported that the male driver was driving the Nissan GTR sports car at the time, carrying his father of about 50 years of the same year, driving along Ping Che Road towards Sha Tau Kok Highway, and when he reached a right bend near "Nine Records", he lost control and shoveled the pedestrian on the left After the road, it crashed about 15 meters of railing, and then the whole vehicle overturned four wheels and fell into the lawn about 3 feet deep on the roadside.

The family members of the dead and injured rushed to the North District Hospital afterwards. The injured male passenger was in the emergency room and explained the situation to his family.
Police investigations indicated that at 10:38 on Saturday night, a 35-year-old man was driving a private car along Ping Che Road towards Sha Tau Kok Highway. When approaching Ping Che Village, he reportedly lost control and crashed into the iron fence and fell down the hillside After flipping. The male driver was trapped in the car and was rescued by the firefighter. The male driver suffered multiple injuries and was taken to the North District Hospital for treatment in a coma. He was certified dead at 11.42pm. A 60-year-old male passenger in a private car was also injured in the accident and was consciously taken to the North District Hospital for treatment. The case was investigated by the Special Investigation Team of the New Territories North Regional Transport Department.
