Today, the National Fund for Social Aid of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor announced the nominal lists of about 19,000 beneficiaries of the 100,000-pound unemployment benefit as part of the national campaign for emergency social response.
In a statement to SANA between General Manager of the Fund, Eng. Loay Araiji, the announced names were audited in coordination with the work teams, the General Union of Trade Unions, the Union of Craftsmen and the Ministry of Tourism, and it includes the sectors most affected by the tourist establishment workers, some handicrafts, construction workers, pregnancy workers and porters, indicating that text messages will arrive On the mobile phone of the people targeted in the first batch to inform them of the time of receiving the unemployment allowance, each according to his province, where they will be delivered through the financial directorates in the governorates after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
Araiji indicated that the unemployment allowance came in the form of aid without any deductions or taxes, noting that the rest of the beneficiaries' names will be issued successively after checking their data.
It should be noted that work is ongoing to complete the data audit of other batches of about 71,000 beneficiaries.
