Cloudminds director holds US passport

The Chinese name of Cloudminds is "Dalian Technology", and Huang Xiaoqing is the founder. The company mainly provides cloud computing services for intelligent robots. Reuters reported in March that the company was prevented from transferring technology or related information from the United States to Beijing last year.

Huang Xiaoqing also registered "Golden Way Techonology Development Limited" in Hong Kong, which was also registered with a US passport, but registered in Los Angeles, USA.
