The New Democracy League, including Tan Kaibang, Fan Guowei, and mostly district councillors, started at the Western District Police Station at 11:00 to the Central Liaison Office to protest the national security laws and express their demands. Police officers were on the way to monitor. The Labor Party is scheduled to march from the third phase of the Junyi Building in Sai Ying Pun to protest in the morning.
