On Wednesday, May 27, the 25-year-old was temporarily arrested in Unterfoehring without resistance. During the searches of the apartments he used in Passau and in the Munich district , numerous IT devices and extensive data material were secured, which now has to be evaluated.

The accused is accused of several incitements . The law provides for a fine or imprisonment of up to five years. Despite the intensely used methods of concealment and anonymization , the specialists of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office and the Central Office Cybercrime Bavaria succeeded in discovering evidence of the student's perpetration. The investigation is ongoing. No evidence was found that the suspect could actually have firearms and explosives . At the current stage of the investigation, it is not assumed that he actually planned corresponding attacks .
