The Taste 2020: New jury member alongside Frank Rosin confirmed

Frank Rosin is again part of the "The Taste" jury. The chef reports on Instagram about the new season. There will also be a new jury member.

Update, Thursday (May 28), 4:00 p.m .: Munich - As TV chef Frank Rosin (53) announced on Tuesday, a new season of the popular Sat.1 cooking show "The Taste" is in the starting blocks. The star cook from Dorsten is back as a coach and juror behind the jury desk - but there is also a new addition .

The shooting of a new season of the popular Sat.1 cooking show "The Taste" started in Grünwald near Munich this week . This year 16 hobby and professional chefs from all over Germany cook for one of the coveted places in the teams of coaches , which each year consists of a number of star chefs . 

As Sat.1 announced on Thursday (May 28th), there is another new member of the jury this year : In addition to "The Taste", ancestors  Frank Rosin and Alexander Herrmann (48) , the Berlin star has also been Chef Tim Raue (46) is there.

The new episodes will be broadcast as usual from autumn on Sat.1 (all articles about celebrities and TV on RUHR24.de *)

Sat.1 has not yet revealed how exactly the shooting of the popular cookery show "The Taste", for which a casting took place in Dortmund this year *, takes place in times of the coronavirus crisis .

However , the broadcaster told RUHR24.de : "There are great creative and organizational approaches by our producers and program managers on how productions can be maintained - with all necessary safety precautions and hygiene measures, of course." 

" The Taste " could get inspiration from other studio productions that were filmed during the corona virus pandemic : For example, in the RTL dance show "Let's Dance" , acrylic glass panes were set up between the jurors at the finale of the ProSieben show "Germany's next top model" was missing from the audience and the candidates had to keep their distance. Hugging was also prohibited.

However, the coronavirus crisis will not be the only innovation for the Sat.1 cooking show "The Taste" : As Sat.1 announced last week, curvy model Angelina Kirsch (31) will moderate the cooking show and thus the replace long-time presenter Christine Henning (39).

So far, Sat.1 has not wanted to comment on the composition of the jury . In the past season, the jury team consisted of the chefs Alexander Herrmann (48) , Maria Groß (40), Tim Raue (46) and Dorsten star chef Frank Rosin (53) *.

Now, however, a jury member  could have given himself away: Frank Rosin *, who has been a member of the "The Taste" jury since 2013 , appears to be back in the latest season.

On Tuesday (May 26) , the TV chef from Dorsten posted a short video from a Munich hotel on Instagram and revealed to his fans: "So it starts again. A month in Munich. A month 'The Taste' 2020 ". The star chef seems to have pre-empted the broadcaster Sat.1 when the jury was announced . 

On Monday (May 25th), moderator Angelina Kirsch already revealed the first details about "The Taste" in her Instagram story: "I just landed in Munich and now I'm off to the studio."

In the evening, the moderator also informed her fans: "I already had my first book review and today I got to know our coaches for the upcoming season." The shooting of the new season of "The Taste" seems to start in the next few days.

Piquant: Even Tim Raue , the last year for the first time in "The Taste" jury sitting, held on Tuesday in Munich on how he betrayed on Instagram. Coincidence? Or is the Berlin star chef part of "The Taste" again this year? Maybe Frank Rosin will reveal it on Instagram soon.
