Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden criticized the "racist" policies of President Donald Trump.
He quoted Biden as saying in Wilmington that Trump's actions and sayings show hatred in the ruling authority and push people into deep anger, and they were invading the United States during his reign.
Biden added, "Hatred hides and does not disappear, and when those in power inflate the hatred lurking beneath the rocks, this hatred comes out," noting that if he wins the presidency, he will establish a committee to monitor the police within a hundred days of starting his term.
Biden had previously confirmed that Trump was "stirring up racism" and said: "Every day African Americans spend their lives anxious and shocking, asking who will be next ... Anger, frustration and exhaustion cannot be denied."
