Estimates of the production of two thousand tons of wheat in the major fields in As-Suwayda

The General Establishment for Seed Propagation Branch in As-Suwayda estimated the production of two thousand tons of wheat within the fields contracted with their owners during the current season to deliver their production to the Foundation.

The director of the Foundation’s Branch, Eng. Wael Al-Tawil, said in a statement to SANA correspondent today that the quantities estimated to be produced through the enrichment fields are good and serve the implementation of the production plans of the branch to secure the full needs of farmers from wheat seed for the next season.

The branch manager pointed out that the reality of crop growth in these fields located in the countryside countryside is good without any problems occurring in them to date.

The branch of the General Organization for Seed Propagation in Suwayda last year provided about 1500 tons of sterilized and sifted wheat seed to farmers.
