Iraqi writers and writers denounced the unjust and coercive Western American measures against Syria.

Writers and writers, in statements to SANA correspondent in Baghdad, expressed their firm belief in Syria's ability to thwart these brutal measures.

The author, Shawky Karim Hassan, said that the purpose and purpose of the coercive measures is to target the people under flawed arguments, lies and misleadings, calling for standing next to Syria in the face of these unjust measures.

For his part, the novelist Taha Hamid Al-Shabib pointed out that the so-called "Caesar's Law" is no different from the other unjust laws against peoples who yearn to own the corner of their sovereignty.

The writer Muayyad Al-Ali also stated that this brutal law comes after the failure of the American and Zionist plans to undermine the will of the Syrian people.

Al-Ali pointed out that "America, which kills its citizens and suppresses demonstrations by force of arms and uses against it all kinds of violence, has no right to interfere in the affairs of other countries on the pretext of defending human rights because the one who is missing does not give it."

In turn, the Iraqi writer and journalist Mohammed Al-Awad pointed out that Syria, which defeated the terrorist plot against it and withstood more than nine years, will defeat the unjust coercive measures laid down by America and all the projects that target it.

Al-Awad pointed out that the so-called “Caesar’s Law” targets not only Syria, but the countries that are the focus of the resistance in an attempt to cut off communication between them and impose new sanctions for geopolitical, economic and military goals.
