Berlin - In the fight against the Corona * pandemic, the federal states can largely decide for themselves on the gradual opening of public life . Here is the current state of easing in the countries in selected areas of life. If the loosening of the Corona rules is new, Monday is in the text, with older loosening measures no date or day of the week is given.

Baden-Württemberg: restaurants, pubs and bars are allowed to open.

North Rhine-Westphalia: restaurants are open. Bars usually have to remain closed, decisions are made on site in individual cases.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Restaurants and bars may open subject to conditions. . From this Wednesday, the permitted opening times will be extended - the latest closing time is then midnight and no longer at 10.30pm.

Saarland: Restaurants and other restaurants are allowed to open again. Among other things , the staff must wear face masks and the restaurants must close at 11 p.m.

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: outdoor pools are allowed to open, indoor and fun pools have been restricted since Monday. Amusement parks are closed.

Lower Saxony: Open air pools are allowed to open again, the same applies to amusement parks. Indoor pools have been accessible again since Monday.

North Rhine-Westphalia: outdoor pools are allowed to open, the minimum distance also applies in the swimming pools . Amusement parks are allowed to let visitors in.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Open-air swimming pools are allowed to open again, for other swimming pools and amusement parks this is only planned from Wednesday.

Saarland: Swimming and outdoor pools have been allowed to reopen since Monday under certain conditions. Amusement parks can once again receive visitors.

Saxony: Open-air swimming pools and amusement parks are allowed to open if they have an approved hygiene concept. Indoor pools can open if the municipalities have approved their hygiene concept.

Saxony-Anhalt: Open-air swimming pools and amusement parks can open again. Indoor pools can also open if distance rules and hygiene requirements are met.

Schleswig-Holstein: Open-air swimming pools and amusement parks have been able to open again since Monday. With the appropriate hygiene concept, indoor pools can also receive guests again.

Thuringia: Open-air swimming pools can open, the circles decide on leisure parks on their own.

Relaxation of the corona rules regarding contact regulations

Baden-Württemberg: In private rooms allowed up to ten people from several households together . With relatives and members of the same household and their life partners, there may even be more people. Until 15 June, the public is only allowed to be alone, with members of your own household and with another household.

Bavaria: Several members of two households can meet in both private and public spaces.

Berlin: In addition to members of two households, up to five people can meet again at home or outdoors. This applies regardless of the question of whether they live together or not.

Brandenburg: Two households or up to ten people can be together. Private celebrations are possible for up to 50 people . The rules apply both indoors and outdoors.

Bremen: Several relatives from two households can meet in the public space. Events with a maximum of 20 people are possible in closed rooms if a hygiene concept is in place. For events in the garden, on the parcel or similar enclosed areas outdoors, the limit is 50 people . In both cases, the restrictive “two-household rule” is abolished.

Hamburg: Up to ten members of two households can meet again without maintaining a minimum distance of 1.50 meters.

Hessen: Relatives of two households are allowed to travel together in public spaces.

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Up to ten people from more than one household can meet again in public places.

Lower Saxony: Members of two households may meet in public.

North Rhine-Westphalia: Groups of up to ten people can meet outdoors.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Relatives from up to two households can meet in the public space. From Wednesday up to ten people can meet regardless of the number of households.

Saarland: Meetings of up to ten people are permitted - even in restaurants.

Saxony: Two households can meet. Meetings with up to ten people are also allowed - both inside and outside.

Saxony-Anhalt: Up to ten people can meet, up to 20 guests can be invited to private celebrations.

Schleswig-Holstein: Since Monday, meetings of up to ten people have been permitted again, both in private and in public spaces.

Thuringia: Outside and inside, members of two households can meet.

Relaxation of the corona rules in gyms and sports halls

Baden-Württemberg: Gyms are allowed to open again. Sports clubs can also train in halls again.

Bavaria: Gyms and indoor sports facilities have been allowed to open again since Monday.

Berlin: Fitness studios are allowed to open again and groups of up to twelve people can re-train in sports halls.

Brandenburg: Gyms, gymnasiums and sports halls can open again if the rules on distance and hygiene are observed.

Bremen: Sports halls and gyms are allowed to reopen under certain conditions.

Hamburg: Sports halls, fitness and sports studios, yoga studios, dance schools and indoor playgrounds are allowed to reopen under certain conditions.

Hessen: Clubs are allowed to train in halls, fitness studios are open.

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Gyms can open their doors. Club sports can also be used in closed rooms again.

Lower Saxony: Sports in halls is again permitted if the minimum clearances are observed. This also applies to gyms.

North Rhine-Westphalia: Gyms are open. Club sports in halls is only possible to a limited extent.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Fitness studios can open again, club sports in halls is again possible subject to conditions.

Saarland: Playing sports in halls is allowed under certain conditions - in the gym and in club sports.

Saxony: Gyms are open, club sports are also allowed in the hall.

Saxony-Anhalt: Gyms are allowed to open again, and sports in halls is also allowed. Competitions, spectators and general contact sports such as wrestling are prohibited .

Schleswig-Holstein: Gyms can open and clubs can also train in rooms.

Thuringia: Gyms can open again, clubs can return to halls.

Relaxation of the corona rules regarding demonstrations

Baden-Württemberg: Meetings are allowed - with requirements to ensure protection against infection - for example at intervals or maximum number of participants.

Bavaria: About demonstrations will be decided in each individual case . Meeting places must offer enough space for the minimum distance. Incidentally, a corona demonstration in the state capital of Munich was recently spontaneously canceled *.

Berlin: There is no longer a limit on the number of participants for demonstrations.

Brandenburg: Outdoor demonstrations with up to 150 participants are allowed.

Bremen: Meetings must be reported and can be prohibited, restricted or imposed by the authorities to protect against infection.

Hamburg: Larger meetings are prohibited, exceptions can be approved in the open air.

Hessen: Demonstrations are allowed under certain conditions. In principle, events with up to 100 people no longer have to be approved if there is a hygiene and distance concept.

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Events with up to 150 participants are allowed outdoors.

Lower Saxony: Since Monday, demos can take place outdoors without a special permit.

North Rhine-Westphalia: Demonstrations are fundamentally allowed - provided the distance rules and a maximum number of participants are observed, calculated on the total area.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Outdoor demonstrations are possible subject to conditions.

Saarland: Meetings within the meaning of the assembly law under the open sky are permitted under certain conditions, for example the hygiene and distance regulations must be observed.

Saxony: rallies are no longer limited to a certain number of participants.

Saxony-Anhalt: Demonstrations are possible if the assembly authority allows them together with the health department . There is no flat-rate limit for participants.

Schleswig-Holstein: Meetings are prohibited, but exceptions are possible.

Thuringia: Demonstrations without restrictions on the number of participants are possible.

Relaxation of the corona rules in schools and day care centers

Baden-Württemberg: In mid-June, all pupils should receive face-to-face classes at least temporarily. The kindergartens should open fully again by the end of June at the latest . So far, at most 50 percent of the children who normally visit the facility can be cared for there at the same time.

Bavaria: According to the Ministry of Culture, around half of all age groups were back to school before Pentecost holidays, and by mid-June all pupils should go to school on a weekly basis. From July 1st, all children should also be allowed to go back to kindergartens and crèches .

Berlin: Every day care child should receive childcare again by summer. All students have lessons, but only partially at school.

Brandenburg: All pupils are able to attend school and take part in face-to-face classes at least on a daily or weekly basis before the summer holidays. A limited regular operation has started at daycare centers.

Bremen: All school classes are being brought back step by step. All preschool children can come back to day care centers.

Hamburg: All pupils should receive lessons in school at least once a week. Daycare centers go into regular operation step by step.

Hessen: Kindergartens are again in normal operation. Classes in schools have gradually started again.

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: The pupils are already returning to the schools step by step. Daycare centers are open to all children again . At the end of the summer vacation at the beginning of August, there should be reliable and daily regular lessons for all students.

Lower Saxony: Emergency care in daycare centers is being gradually expanded; from mid-June there will be a limited time for all children to go to daycare. The students return gradually declining, from 15 June to have all vintages again teaching in schools .

North Rhine-Westphalia: All daycare children are looked after again - but with fewer hours per week as normal. Students receive face-to-face classes on a daily basis, and all elementary school students should go back to school every day from June 15th.

Rhineland-Palatinate: Classes have started again gradually, all students should go back to school at least temporarily until mid-June. The daycare centers open to everyone again, albeit with restrictions.

Saarland: In the course of June, all pupils should return to school at least temporarily. Kindergartens started regular operation again on Monday.

Saxony: Saxony's daycare centers and primary schools can open to all children in restricted regular operation. Pupils in secondary schools should at least partially be taught at schools again.

Saxony-Anhalt: daycare centers and schools are returning to normal operations. By June 15th, all elementary school students should come back to school every day.

Schleswig-Holstein: Classes have already started again for some classes. Since Monday, all elementary school students should be taught daily in the class association.
