(CNN Spanish) - A part of 16th Street in Washington, very close to the White House, dawned with an explicit advertising claim: BLACK LIVES MATTER. She comes to tell us that "the lives of blacks matter."

Muriel Bowser, Democrat and Mayor of Washington, ordered the painting. She is a black civil servant who has a master's degree in Public Policy and who enjoys wide popular support.

The Black Lives Matter movement was founded after the acquittal of George Zimmerman, the volunteer vigilante who killed black teenager Trayvon Martin, who was returning home after shopping for snacks at a small store. The events occurred in 2013.

Critics of the movement allege that BLM cares only for blacks killed by the police, but not for those killed by black killers.

Black Lives Matter says their subject is the mistreatment they receive from the police and the judicial system compared to the way whites are treated.

84% of blacks and 63% of whites in the United States also say there is unequal treatment, according to a 2019 survey by the Pew Research Center.

However, BLM has a proven international ideological agenda after the death of dictator Fidel Castro, which occurred in November 2016.

At that time, the movement issued a highly appreciative document of the last communist tyranny in the West, which says, verbatim: "As Fidel ascends to the kingdom of the ancestors, we summon his guidance, strength, and power as we engage again in the fight for universal freedom. Fidel lives! ”

Logically, those statements greatly upset Cubans and Venezuelans in the opposition, or based in the United States, whether they were Democrats or Republicans.

Television commentator Juan Manuel Cao, a totally independent person, stated that it is a pity that the BLM movement was dedicated to defending communist dictators. That weakens its cause tremendously.

I agree with Cao.
