Nice and Dijon this weekend, but also Troyes in April or Rouen in May ... the past few weeks have been marked by an upsurge in mobilizations or punitive expeditions led by members of the Chechen community. These Chechens who came by car from all over France came to "avenge" one of their own, aged 16, beaten up.
