Refusal to propose: In the public, anxiety is growing around the issue of marriage proposals in the sector, which are becoming increasingly similar to those in the other sectors.
During a Torah lesson given by Rabbi Shlomo Amar and published today (Sunday), he addressed the issue and attacked the phenomenon, which he defined as disrespectful to the ultra-Orthodox public.
"It was 'admitted' to propose marriage," the rabbi attacked the phenomenon. Nonsense. It hurt that I heard there were some yeshiva members, certainly not real yeshiva members, God forbid.
