The trial of 57-year-old Sergei Yapimov, 57, from Bat Yam, is currently under trial for aggravated aggravated manslaughter by the late Dr. Gregory Grigoriev last May. In the video that came to the police, you can see how Yifimov argues with Grigoriev standing with his back to him, and stabbed him after turning in his direction. The dentist fell and then got up - and went to a nearby barbershop, where he asked that he be invited to MDA before he fell and collapsed.

Documentation of the dentist's murder in Bat Yam

According to the indictment, filed several days before the murder, an argument ensued between Japimov and the dentist on the corona virus and Grigoriev called Japimov derogatory. On the afternoon of the murder, Yafimov was equipped with a knife, reached the barbershop, called the dentist and ordered him to come to the scene. When the doctor arrived, the two men developed things, during which Yifimov pulled the knife and stabbed Grigoriev one stab, with his chest intent to kill him. As a result of the stabbing, he passed away.

The indictment revealed that Yafimov said in his interrogation that he did not regret his actions, adding: "If possible again, I would have killed him again." And even before he knew that Grigoriev had passed away, Yapimov told the cops: "I don't want to see him alive, and if he dies, I lose sight." Statements which, according to the prosecutor's office, indicated his intention to deliberately kill Grigoriev.

In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, Adv. Meital Moore of the Tel Aviv District Attorney wrote: "The respondent was well equipped with a knife, called the deceased and told him to come to the barbershop and to the law and things that had developed between them on the spot, and although the deceased had already turned back to leave, The respondent stabbed him with one stab in the heart. Even when the complainant fell to the ground following the stabbing and then got up and started walking away while still decorating and bleeding, the respondent avoided calling for help. Despite this, he entered the barbershop and a few minutes later left and left the place. "

Yafimov's attorneys, lawyers Tamir Senens, Dawn Hatzroni and Igor Yutkin, commented: "After looking through the investigation material, it is clear that this is not a planned event but an argument that developed into the unfortunate event. "In any event, from experience and familiarity with the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, it is clear to us that the defendant's claims will fall on attentive ears even before the case is brought to the court for clarification."
