The indictment revealed that Yafimov said in his interrogation that he did not regret his actions, adding: "If possible again, I would have killed him again." Statements which, according to the prosecutor's office, indicated his intention to deliberately kill Grigoriev.

In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, Adv.
