Catering: the enlarged terraces are taking over

While some continue to live a nightmare, others see the end of the tunnel despite health constraints which are the same for everyone.


For restaurateurs, the recovery looks like an obstacle course and inequalities. Some who have temporarily tripled the size of their terraces, refuel and make up for part of the business lost during confinement, while others have still not reopened, due to the lack of tourists.
