For restaurateurs, the recovery looks like an obstacle course and inequalities. Some who have temporarily tripled the size of their terraces, refuel and make up for part of the business lost during confinement, while others have still not reopened, due to the lack of tourists. Sounded on March 14, when everything had to be closed in a few hours, the sector resumed its brands in dispersed order, despite health constraints which are the same for everyone: the obligation to space tables at least one meter, which reduces the capacity of the rooms, and the wearing of a mask for staff and customers as soon as they leave the table -, which breaks the spirit of conviviality. However, some continue to live a nightmare, while others see the end of the tunnel.
