Four CRS, placed in police custody Monday in the investigation into violence in a Burger King in December 2018 on the sidelines of a demonstration of " yellow vests " in Paris, were indicted Tuesday and placed under judicial control, a learned AFP from a judicial source.

All were indicted for intentional violence without incapacity by person holding public authority and two of them are also prosecuted for intentional violence with incapacity for work of less than eight days by person holding official authority in a meeting and with a weapon.
