2020-06-24T09:49:03.151Z

Thirty defendants are being prosecuted for driving license fraud. Two driving schools in Bobigny and Pantin are on the bench

Rue Jean-Jaurès in Bobigny, the Audi A3 which is still parked in front of the driving school - now on sale - promises that the "CER is to succeed". A slogan that went beyond the promises of this little affair. Its manager and about thirty people, not all present, meet for three days on the dock in the Bobigny court, until Wednesday. And this, just one week after another case of driving license trafficking involving celebrities tried in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine).

Active bribery and laundering of tax evasion are worth to former football glories, Snapchat stars and a few avid intermediaries to find themselves in front of the 15th correctional chamber. The Information Technology Fraud Investigation Brigade (Befti) foiled this lucrative scam in November 2018.

License in pocket, without even taking lessons

Two driving schools, the Balbynian CER and another in Pantin, ensured that they could pass accelerated driving licenses. For 1500 euros the code and 4000 euros for the lessons and the exam, the candidates left with the precious sesame in their pocket, often without having started the premiere of the black Audi A3 from the driving school.

Two driving instructors from Val-de-Marne also recruited their students. Candidates for fraud were directed to Seine-Saint-Denis, where the organizers of this network were responsible for having two fictitious driver or driver license validators examine the code or conduct in the computer system of the Ministry of 'Interior. The beneficiaries, estimated at several hundred, then recovered an official driving license.

A former pro footballer converted into the scam?

Gaillard of 1.90 m, "OhPlai" low profile. He had been a young hope for French football: selected from the France youth team and had gone through FC Sochaux. Then he had converted his thirties on social networks.

He had been approached by "BTB", who gravitated in the soccer world, to advertise on his Snapchat account followed by a million people. The former rising star of the ball minimizes its role and the revenue from the scam.

However, during the search, a mountain of clothing and fifteen pairs of sneakers were found at his home in Grigny (Essonne). "I really like shoes," he admits. How many pairs of shoes do you have? ", He retorts President Vaillant.

“Footballers are lazy. They don't have time and they have money ”

Just as clumsily, he refutes tax laundering. " No way. It's a scary word. It's for thugs. One year, 88,000 euros were transferred to his account while his salary income came down painfully to 20,000 euros annually.

Among the candidates for the turbo license were multirecales, but also soccer players. For them, the auction amounted to 10,000 euros. “Footballers are lazy. They have no time and they have money, ”we are surprised in a conversation between BTB and OhPlai.

Former PSG player Jean-Kévin Augustin paid 11,000 euros

Jean-Kévin Augustin, PSG player who belongs to Leipzig (Germany), was subject to a license cancellation. He paid 2000 for the code. And was received hands down, equipped with a vibrator that indicated the correct answers. Driving lessons at the CER of the Campus in Pantin cost him 9000 euros. They were all fictitious.
