(CNN) - Subtropical depression four has strengthened and is now Tropical Storm Dolly, according to the National Hurricane Center.
Recent satellite data showed that winds have increased to 72 km / h with gusts of higher winds.
The wind field has shrunk and so Dolly is no longer a subtropical system.
Dolly is not expected to be a threat on land as it is expected to weaken slowly over the Atlantic in the coming days.
