A strengthened family bond but also more present screens: this is the paradox experienced by parents of young children during the confinement period. Meals cooked together, games of goose play or other crafts did not prevent children under 6 from evolving in a digital world, often without parental supervision. One in two parents (54%) indicate that they left their child alone in front of a mobile screen (smartphone, tablet), indicates a survey carried out for the Children's Foundation by the Afpa (French Association of Ambulatory Pediatrics) and its mpedia site .fr, carried out with 1326 parents of children of less than 6 years. At the same time, 71% of these families declare that the bonds with their toddlers have been tightened and more than half of the parents (59%) indicate that they have carried out more activities together. But, as on an interminable rainy Sunday, the parents had a hard time missing the screens.
