The Greek capital, Athens, witnessed today a protest demonstration rejecting the plans of the Israeli occupation to annex parts of the West Bank.
Participants in the demonstration, which was launched in front of the embassy of the Israeli occupation in Athens and organized by Greek parties and the Palestinian community, confirmed their absolute rejection of the annexation and settlement plan and the so-called "deal of the century".
The participants called on the Greek government to recognize the state of Palestine and its capital, Jerusalem, and impose sanctions on the occupation and hold it accountable for its crimes against the Palestinians.
The announcement of the government of the Israeli entity its intention to annex lands from the West Bank raised international condemnation positions coinciding with demonstrations witnessed by many American cities and European capitals against those plans that come within the framework of the so-called "deal of the century" aimed at liquidating the Palestinian issue.
