The federal judge of Lomas de Zamora Juan Pablo Auge ordered this Saturday a series of releases and house prisons among the detainees accused of alleged illegal espionage of political leaders, businessmen and unions from the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI) during the administration of Mauricio Macri .
The measures were ordered during the morning after the Federal Chamber of La Plata removed the judge from Lomas de Zamora Federico Villena from the case investigating the alleged illegal espionage, which sparked a cataract of requests for release from the detainees to the ones that magistrate had arrested in the last days.
In his resolutions, Auge ordered the home prisons of former official Susana Martinengo, and former agents Diego Dalmau Pereyra, Leandro Araque, Facundo Melo and Jorge "Turco" Saez, among others.
Meanwhile, he ordered the release of Guillermo Matta, Johnatan Nievas, Dominique Lasaigues and Javier Bustos; The last three have not yet been investigated and the judge does not know how long it will take to analyze the evidence and prepare these procedures, so it provides for the liberties and will then cite them.
For his part, the former chief of Special Operations of the AFI, Alan Ruiz, remains detained and Martín Terra remains in absentia, since he has not yet been located.
