After yesterday's temperature relief, the day will be partly cloudy to light, a further slight fall in temperatures will mainly occur in the mountains and inland and will return to normal for the season. The Jordan Valley and the Arava-are expected to have an extreme heat load.

Meanwhile, over the weekend tens of thousands of Israelis took advantage of the relatively pleasant Shabbat in order to go outdoors. About 70,000 travelers visited the Shabbat National Parks and Nature Reserves.
Notable sites include Yarkon Tel Afek with 2700 travelers, Caesarea, Banias and the three with 2000 travelers at each site, Hurshat Tal with 1900 travelers, Ein Gedi with 1700 travelers and Castel with 1600 travelers.
