Dominicans paid on this day to elect a president, vice president and congressmen representing the Central American Parliament. The Dominican Republic reported 1,241 new cases and eight deaths this Sunday. Since the start of the pandemic, the number of those infected has reached 37,425 people and the deaths have reached 794.
