The 180 migrants rescued in the Mediterranean by the Ocean Viking will be transferred on Monday to another boat where they will be placed in quarantine, the Italian Interior Ministry said on Sunday.

"They are allowed to be transferred to the Moby Zaza, " a ferry docked in the Sicilian port of Porto Empedocle, said Interior Ministry spokesman Dino Martirano, adding that the migrants should observe around fourteen.
