Around four in the morning, the Transfers Unit of the Superior Court of Justice arrived in Río Gallegos with the body of Fabián Gutiérrez, who was assassinated in the city of El Calafate. The forensic medical staff is located in the Santa Cruz capital and in the midst of a snowstorm, everything started later than expected. After four hours the autopsy was concluded, where according to what Clarín knew , the acts of "violence" on the body were confirmed, more details on the injuries, where it was said that "he would have been tortured" . It seeks to determine the time of death and the report would corroborate the suspicion of justice, that more than one person had participated. The crime investigated is homicide qualified by the participation of two or more people. In addition, the judge rejected the release of the four young detainees.

The autopsy on the body of Fabián Gutiérrez took just over four hours. The report, as Clarín reconstructed, confirmed the signs of violence: the heavy blow to the head, a blow to the face, and the stitch to the neck. These data had already been analyzed by Judge Narvarte. On the other hand, they confirmed to this media that indeed, the former private secretary "would have been tortured". Possible extortion is already being investigated in the case in order to obtain an economic benefit.

Samples were taken of the body that was found on Saturday morning buried in the patio of a house in El Calafate, and as of Monday, they confirmed to Clarín, it would be at the disposal of the Gutiérrez family.

Criminal judge Narvarte ruled out this Sunday morning that there was a political motive in the murder of the former Kirchner secretary. Initially, he spoke of a "passion-extortion" hypothesis and with the passing of the hours he strengthened this last of the theories as the central motive for the crime: the search for money by the alleged perpetrators of the events that ended the life of Fabián Gutiérrez.

After the testimonies taken on Friday, and the inquiries of the four detainees in which only one of them testified, leading the judge to the place where they finally found the body buried and with signs of Gutiérrez violence, work is underway to rebuild the last hours of life of the former private secretary, as well as the role that people had in what was classified as homicide. At this point we seek to determine if there was a premeditation of the case.

Fabián Gutiérrez's body was found on Saturday morning. Judge Narvarte, together with prosecutor Natalia Mercado, moved to the cabin that Facundo Zaeta (19) rented, the most complicated in the case. He was the one who was with the former secretary until 22:30 on Thursday, but there are some hours during the morning that are not yet clarified. He declared in court that he had a "relationship with the right to touch" that "they were getting to know each other."

When the judicial personnel together with the Criminology Corps arrived at the house, they did not find the body inside, but after finding a bloody sheet in the courtyard, they saw under a tree that the earth movement stood out. Gutiérrez was buried there with visible signs of violence: a heavy blow to the head, one to the eye and a cut to the neck. They were the first conclusions of the forensic experts.

The judge ruled out the use of firearms, and only referred to the use of "white weapons". In that cabin, separated by about 25 blocks from Gutiérrez's house, there were elements that belonged to the former secretary and it is suspected that they were stolen to simulate a robbery. A stereo, a 50-inch television, drinks, cigars, some of the hijacked things.

According to the reconstruction of the events, Gutiérrez was assassinated in his house, a property that he had for rent and in which he lived again a very short time ago. And transferred to the cabin in a farm area in the Amarok van that belonged to the former secretary. The vehicle showed "signs of a fight, a broken mirror." A testimonial statement exposed another situation: two friends of the Gutiérrez family approached the house on Friday at noon, saw clothes in the passenger seat of the truck, and observed the damage in the mirror. When they returned hours later, the pants they had observed inside were no longer there. This is all under investigation.

The judge also investigates how many people participated. When determining that the body had been taken lifeless to the cabin in whose patio it was buried, "more than one person would have participated in the events," judicial sources explained to Clarín. Blows in the bathroom of a house, handcuffed and under constant consultation where he had money, number of bank accounts, passwords, this would have been the last minutes of Fabián Gutiérrez's life, until they produced a cut on his neck.
