The authorities announced that close contacts of the diagnosed persons, including fellows and staff, will be sent to the Hong Kong Injury Association Jockey Club Injury Camp for quarantine in Pok Fu Lam; visits to all residential care facilities in Hong Kong will also be suspended.

The first diagnosed member of the Ciyunshan Gangtai Care Center was an 85-year-old woman.
