Fabián Lorenzini, the Reconquista judge who is in charge of the Vicentin bankruptcy, will try to get closer to the directors of the company and the officials of the General Inspectorate of Legal Persons of Santa Fe, the body promoted by Governor Omar Perotti to move forward with the intervention proposed by the national government that until now the magistrate has not validated.
In search of a parties agreement to guide the process, on Tuesday Lorenzini issued a new resolution. In the Incident of the Vicentìn Contest, initiated by the General Inspectorate of Legal Persons Santa Fe c / Vicentin SAIC s / Intervention of the Administration, the judge summoned the parties for Wednesday 15 of this month, at 5.30 pm, at purposes of conducting a conciliation hearing.
In addition, Lorenzin also summoned the Sindicatura that is in charge of the administration.
In the same framework, the judge also ordered other measures that he had been demanding from various sectors and that has to do with the balance sheets of various companies controlled by the Vicentín group.
