New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said New York City entered phase three of reopening by covid-19 on Monday and West Chester, Rockland and The Hudson River Valley enter phase 4 on Tuesday, Cuomo said that casinos and cinemas will remain closed, and recalled that food services within the premises are not part of this reopening. New York State recorded 553 new coronavirus cases this Sunday and 8 deaths from covid-19.
