The Hong Kong Jockey Club said that it received a member's notice yesterday (12th) that it had a positive test for a new coronary pneumonia test. The patient had visited the Sports Complex and the tennis court at Shanguang Road in Happy Valley.
The Jockey Club stated that for safety reasons, the Shanguang Road Sports Complex will be temporarily closed from today (13th) for cleaning and disinfection, and relevant staff will conduct physical examination and self-isolation for 14 days.

The club said that according to the information provided by the member and CCTV records, it is estimated that the patient had visited the tennis court and the Shanguang Road Sports Complex on the afternoon of July 3 and 6, but did not enter the main building of the Shanguang Road Clubhouse.
For safety reasons, the Shanguang Road Sports Complex will be temporarily closed from today for comprehensive cleaning and disinfection. In addition, the Jockey Club is contacting other members who have been active in the vicinity of the patient, and the relevant staff will also undergo a physical examination and self-isolation for 14 days.
