A hearing took place in the case of an extreme left-wing activist, who is accused of interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duties. • Polak did not appear for the hearing.

Earlier this week, another order was issued against the anarchist Jonathan Polak, who is systematically evading court hearings in his case. Now the organization 'Up to Here' is requesting from the Binyamin Police Station that as part of the next order, Polak be brought in for questioning in additional cases, from which he has been evading for some time.

Riots in the hearing on the criminal complaint against the anarchist Jonathan Polak // So far

Last Sunday, the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court heard a case in which Polak was accused of disturbing a police officer while on duty. Polak was absent from the hearing, and Judge Eitan Cohen issued the following order against him, subject to the deposit of NIS 1,000.

Adv. Tzur Falk, the legal advisor of the organization 'Up to Here', sent a letter to the Benjamin police, following the complaint filed by the organization against Polak at the station. Additional rioters immediately head towards the composition of rocks and stones.

Adv. Falk is now asking the Binyamin police station to help with the next order issued against Polak in order to bring him for investigation in the said complaint, from which Polk has been evading for some time. Adv. Falk emphasized in his application that "there is no doubt that the station is interested in demanding the next order "Transfer Mr. Polak for questioning at the Binyamin station to complete the investigation."

Advocate Falk, Advocate for Up to Here, stated that "the anarchist Jonathan Polak proves once again that he does not recognize the rule of law in the State of Israel. After Polk was detained for more than a month earlier this year for refusing to appear in the criminal complaint filed against him" "IDF soldiers also chose Polak this week not to appear at the hearing of the indictment filed by the police in his case for interfering with Border Police fighters in arresting terrorists who threw Molotov cocktails at them."

Advocate Falk further added that "Polak serves as a key instigator, who in his article in Haaretz called for joining the stone-throwers and Molotov cocktails, and also as an actual assistant to those terrorists who threw Molotov cocktails to evade arrest. We call on the Israel Police to put an end to Polak's dangerous actions, to carry out the arrest warrant as quickly as possible and thus prevent the circus he is doing in court. "

It will be recalled that the organization 'Up to Here' has filed numerous complaints against Polak, for rioting and attacking police officers in violent demonstrations in which he took part. Folk and other anarchists were documented together with masked rioters throwing stones at IDF soldiers, burning tires and more.

In addition, about six months ago, the ombudsman ordered an investigation against Yonatan Pollak on suspicion of inciting terrorism, following a previous complaint filed by the organization "Up to Here" after Polak called in an article published in the Haaretz newspaper to join Molotov cocktail throwers at IDF soldiers.
