The reigning world champion, Marc Marquez, had a start to the black season at Jerez de la Frontera this Sunday. The Spaniard started on the mat on the 21st lap of the MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix while making a tremendous comeback. Leading the race at the start of the race, the Spaniard made a mistake that he had rejected in the second part of the classification. While he was taking all the risks to get back on top of the hierarchy and even had just settled on the podium, his Honda escaped him in a turn on the 21st lap. The factory pilot was ejected before being thrown onto the ground for several tens of meters. Stunned, he was then taken in charge by the medical service and evacuated on a stretcher.
