When was the last time you stopped in Abu Ghosh not just to wipe hummus? These days, one of Israel's most fascinating real estate initiatives is underway in Abu Ghosh, a symbol of coexistence, when for the first time 6-story buildings will be built on the site in a unique project promoted by the Jerusalem Manos Group.

The project, under the name Nofei Ilan, is the first swallow in the western compound of Abu Ghosh. Additional complexes will be built next to it later. A total of 330 housing units will be marketed throughout the western complex on plots, some of which are still in the process of being tendered by RMI.

The Jerusalem Manos Group won a tender for the construction of 121 housing units in the new western neighborhood. The total area of the Ilan Landscape Project is 12 dunams, and it borders the Forest of the Five and the Judean Mountains National Park. 11 6-storey buildings will be built with 11 apartments in each building, with each apartment including a balcony, parking and a warehouse. Homebuyers will enjoy the spectacular views of the Jerusalem mountains.

Manos Group is currently in the midst of planning the project, in which the group is applying the lessons of the Corona period: gardens, wide openings, spacious balconies, ventilated apartments and optimal flow of sun and air. The company estimates that construction on the site will begin as early as next year.
