A call for projects, "Share your Grand Paris", has been launched to bring cultural life to the Grand Paris Express station sites and to support artists in the Paris region affected by the coronavirus crisis, the Société du Grand Paris announced Thursday.

Candidates are invited to draw their inspiration from themes such as the social and landscape integration of construction sites, the metropolis of tomorrow, the transition between old and future station districts, new forms of mobility and the sustainable city.
Organized by the Société du Grand Paris, followed by the Métropole du Grand Paris and the Grand Paris Express Endowment Fund, this call for projects is part of the artistic and cultural program launched in 2016 to support the construction of the Grand Paris Express.
This program already brings together more than 200 artists, who project lasting works in future stations or propose participatory and temporary projects around the construction sites.
Grant of 7000 euros
This call for projects is open to all fields of creation (live performance, writing, photography, etc.). The projects will be open access, free during the three months of the program, from October 1 to December 31, near the Grand Paris Express or in cultural places.
The projects must be presented by September 8, and a jury will decide in mid-September. Candidate teams can apply for a grant of up to 7,000 euros.
In the Grand Paris Express project, 200 km of new automatic metro lines are planned. No less than 68 future stations, connected with the metro, RER, Transilien and bus poles, are under construction.
