Since this school is a Christian school, with the love of God and the truth of the Bible, "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and secondly, you must love your neighbor as yourself." (Mark 12:30 -31) to nurture students. Therefore, the school spirit and student support team of our school use this truth to plan the goal of the three-year school development plan, hoping to train students to "wholeheartedly" do their part, follow the teachings of the Lord Jesus, and caring for others with all their hearts. Therefore, We developed the "Intentional Reward Scheme".

"Existence" means to accumulate, which is synonymous with the complete "full" and the inherited "passage". The "Intentional Reward Program", as its name implies, encourages students to study "whole" and "wholely", starting with "heart" and starting from "new", and "passing" this whole-hearted learning attitude and the spirit of caring for others When I drove, I even infected other classmates, so that they could become good children who are good for gods and people.

The "Intentional Reward Program" has seven categories, mainly: "Diligent Study", "Service", "Reading", "Physical Art", "Thanksgiving", "Class Style Task" and "Self Challenge". Students only need to meet relevant requirements in different areas, such as: submitting homework, actively serving, reading sharing, participating in extracurricular activities, completing class goals and achieving self-challenge, etc., and they can accumulate "heart" in related areas in exchange for gifts .

The "Intentional Reward Program" sets specific, clear and positive goals. It can provide a diversified reward program for students of different abilities, cater for the diversity of students, make it easier for students to achieve relevant goals, and gradually stabilize and establish good behaviors for students. Make students internalize these good behaviors and gradually transform them into a habit. It will not become dependent on rewards or become materialistic. Even without rewards or gifts, students can continue to perform well-established behaviors and become a good child who "loves God and loves people".

In order to cope with the development of BYOD and e-learning in our school in 2020-2021, the "Intentional Reward Program" has developed the traditional reward record booklet into an electronic system and established "Intentional Apps". Teachers can use electronic devices such as smart phones or tablet computers to reward students and record their good behavior anytime and anywhere, saving the time of manual recording and statistics in the past. Teachers can also have a more systematic understanding of students’ performance in different areas, allowing teachers Can check the performance of students more effectively to provide appropriate encouragement. In the same way, students and parents can learn about the relevant content through "Intentional Apps", and know the performance of students more thoroughly.

In addition, with the strong support of our school’s principal Chen Qunhao, our school purchased a "clamping figure machine" through the "Intentional Reward Scheme" at the end of the semester, and implemented the "Clamping Out Good Character" activity during the resumption of classes so that students can grow up With the suspension of time and the gloom of the epidemic, returning to school can regain motivation, actively participate in the classroom, cherish learning opportunities and learn to care for others. Students only need to use the "Heart" of the "Intentional Reward Program" to redeem tokens, and then they can grab the grand prize in the "Dollar Clamping Machine": the school's self-designed and custom-made "Holy Fruit" dolls (Benevolence, Joy, Peace, patience, kindness, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness and temperance). Our school hopes that students will not only get dolls, but more importantly, we hope that students can develop the nine qualities of the fruit of the spirit in any environment, whether it is good or bad, and face future challenges with a strong and courageous heart.
