(CNN Spanish) - The judge in the Odebrecht case granted parole to Emilio Lozoya, former director of Pemex, accused of various crimes in this case as well as in that of Agronitrogenados.

Lozoya, who was extradited from Spain on July 17, must wear an electronic bracelet and sign every 15 days in the North Reclusorio in Mexico City.

To avoid the flight, the former Pemex director gave his passport and his US visa when he arrived in the country.

The judge granted the Mexican Attorney General's Office 6 more months for the complementary investigation.
