Meteorological threat over the Caribbean is not yet a tropical storm

Storm number 9 in the Caribbean punishes Puerto Rico with winds and rains and is heading towards the Dominican Republic and southern Florida. Guillermo Arduino summarizes the report of the National Hurricane Center that estimates that the system will become a tropical storm, named Isaías, within the next 24 hours. Although at 8pm Miami time, this 9th storm is still a bad weather area and not yet a tropical storm, this could change in a matter of hours and become an even more dangerous weather threat. The forecast is that this system would strengthen and continue its advance with intense rains, strong winds and waves of magnitude.
