The Department has issued an improvement notice to the owners, requesting the owners to hire a registered electrical contractor to inspect, repair and improve the fixed electrical installations of the relevant units before the electricity supply can be restored. The incident occurred at 5 pm the day before yesterday. A woman surnamed Wu (36 years old) was suspected of being electrocuted while taking a bath in the sub-house of Huayuan Building, Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok. Her husband went home and reported the incident to the police. The victim was confirmed dead at the scene.
