The case is not trivial. According to information from Le Parisien , two soldiers assigned to the specialized parachutist training center of Saran, in the Loiret, were indicted for attempted murder in an organized gang. The two individuals were arrested in a stolen vehicle on July 24, then placed in police custody in the premises of the criminal brigade, the Paris prosecutor's office told Figaro . According to information from the Parisian , during their arrest in Créteil (Val-de-Marne) the two protagonists were in possession of several firearms and seemed to be preparing a murder plan.

The duo would not have operated in the course of their duties. According to the Paris prosecutor's office, a third person was arrested on July 26 in the same case. The three individuals were indicted on charges of attempted murder in an organized gang, concealment in an organized gang of theft, transport, acquisition, possession of category B weapons in a meeting and criminal association with a view to the commission of these crimes and misdemeanors, punishable by 10 years imprisonment. They were all remanded in custody in accordance with the prosecution's requisitions.
