The Nas of Milan, at the end of investigations at 17 RSAs and a hospital in the Province of Como, seized 363 medical records of patients who died in the months of the pandemic, asking for confirmation of the prevention protocols and the procedures applied to combat Covid-19 .
The investigation was initiated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Como following the reception of 26 complaints from the families of the victims and health personnel. The hypothesis of crime, against unknown persons, consists of manslaughter and culpable epidemic.
