Against the background of tensions in the coalition - encouraging news for Netanyahu: According to a new poll by the Direct Falls Institute, the Likud party will win 35 seats if the election were held today. This is a relatively high figure compared to other polls and also to the last poll conducted by the institute, on July 22, in which the Likud won 33 seats. The survey was conducted among 1,027 sampled.

Bnei Gantz's blue and white receives only 9 seats according to the poll, one more than the institute's latest poll. The results are published against the background of the possibility that the government will be dispersed following the budget crisis, with the blue and white insisting on an annual budget, while the Likud demands a biennial budget. If the issue is not resolved by August 25, the Knesset will dissolve and Israel will go to the polls in November.
According to a poll conducted yesterday, a right-wing party led by Naftali Bennett wins 12 seats - as in the previous poll. Yesh Atid-Telam, headed by Yair Lapid, wins 18 seats according to the current poll - as in the previous poll.
Divided into blocs, the ultra-Orthodox right-wing bloc wins 64 seats (63), while the center-left bloc wins 48 seats (48), according to the poll, Yisrael Beiteinu wins 8 seats (9).
