We don't do that kind of thing. We have already lodged a complaint with the UCI and we will do the same with the police in Poland. We will not let that go by, ”he told the Belga agency.

“I've watched this sprint dozens of times. I do not understand Groenewegen's action at all. A rider must stay on his line, ”added Lefévère who was contacted by his Jumbo-Visma counterpart Richard Plugge, manager of Groenewegen. “I told him I thought it was brave of him to call me, but I also told him that I had no understanding for the Groenewegen maneuver,” he explained.
