After the harsh crime chamber document published this Wednesday to warn that the judicial reform promoted by the government is unconstitutional, another national court has now expressed its rejection of the project, which has already begun to be dealt with in Congress. This is the federal National Chamber of Civil and Commercial Appeals, which dissented its disagreement with the alleged unification of that jurisdiction with the federal Administrative Litigation.

With the signature of four of its judges, the Civil and Commercial Chamber warns in writing that its objections to the official plan are communicated through an agreement because "none of the members of this chamber was consulted, in any way, about the reform proposal".

The chamber maids recall that the separation of the jurisdictions that are now seeking reunification was carried out forty years ago, "to achieve a faster and more efficient" response to the demands for justice.

The text bears the signatures of the judges Guillermo Antelo, Eduardo Gottardi, Fernando Uriarte and Alfredo Gusman. Dr. Ricardo Recondo, on the other hand, excused himself for doing so because of his role as vice president of the Council of the Magistracy, where aspects of the project and administrative issues are expected to be discussed.
