A taxi robbery occurred in Tsuen Wan. At nearly 3 am on Saturday (8th), a taxi carrying a man drove to Wing Yin Street and Wing Shun Street near the Tsuen Wan Chinese Permanent Cemetery. When the male passenger suddenly showed off his 8-inch fruit knife and robbed him. After robbing the driver of about 3,000 yuan in cash and a mobile phone worth about 2,500 yuan, he got off the car and fled. The male driver, surnamed Zhang (67 years old), was not injured and was present to assist in the investigation afterwards. It is understood that the driver picked up the man involved in a shopping mall in Lei Muk Shue Village, Kwai Chung. The other party reported that he went to the vicinity of the Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse. When he reached the site, he robbed him with a knife and fled to the Waterfront Park. The police classified the case as a "robbery". The Criminal Investigation Team of the Kwai Tsing Police District is looking for a man who is about 30 years old, about 1.7 meters tall, with short hair, wearing a black shirt and wearing a mask.
