When turning right into Changning Street, it knocked down a 78-year-old woman surnamed Xu who was crossing the road with a trolley. In a coma, a passerby called for help. An ambulance arrived and rushed the old woman to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for rescue. However, she was exhausted and died at 4:21 pm. The police sealed off the scene, and there were blood stains on the road, as well as lunch boxes, white sports shoes and wheelbarrows suspected of belonging to the deceased. The 39-year-old truck driver named Zhang passed an alcohol test and was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death. He is currently being detained for investigation.
