Weather Overview: A southerly airstream is bringing showers and thunderstorms to the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea. In Hong Kong, more than 10 millimetres of rainfall was recorded in many areas this morning. At 5 o'clock in the morning, the tropical depression in the Northwest Pacific gathered about 440 kilometers east-southeast of Okinawa Island. It is expected to move westward at a speed of about 26 kilometers per hour, towards the Ryukyu Islands.
