Last update date: 2020-08-13 07:44A car accident occurred in Kowloon Tong. At about 7:00 in the morning, a 24-seater minibus-type tourist bus was driving along Gehe Old Street towards Kowloon City. When it was on the way outside of Zeren Center, it rammed a 60-year-old man. The man was hit and fell into a coma over 10 meters away. The ambulancemen rushed to the report and found that he was seriously injured. He was immediately given first aid and sent to Princess Margaret Hospital.
Sources at the scene stated that the injured was suspected to be running at the time of the incident. The injured was wearing sports clothing and ran across Gehe Old Street from Zeren Center to the City University dormitory. At the scene of the accident, there was a cap and a headphone that had been torn down; while the head of the coach was sunken and the windshield was damaged. The police are investigating the cause of the accident, including whether someone was running with earphones and could not hear the sound of the car causing the accident.
