The government of Mexico is cautious about the announcement that Russia made about the development of a vaccine to combat covid-19. Health authorities consider that not being tested in phase three raises doubts about its effectiveness as well as ethical concerns. For its part, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) also asks that this scientific advance be taken with caution because it considers that humanity is far from an efficient vaccine.
