The review of the transfers of the judges sneaked in at the beginning of the Senate session of this judges. After Judge Alejandra Biotti stopped the K move to displace them, which today had to be dealt with in the upper house, Kirchnerism came out to criticize her and described the measure as "illegitimate, and unconstitutional and requested a" repudiation "of the judge's ruling .

The person in charge of putting into words the anger of Kirchnerism was the senator from the Frente de Todos, Mario Pais, who asked for a question of privilege to settle his disagreement. "It is a jurisdictional excess," the senator almost shouted.

"A few minutes ago I learned of the decision of a judge who sent a notification to the Senate ordering her to refrain from dealing with the transfers of judges (Leopoldo) Bruglia and (Pablo) Bertuzzi," Pais started.

"I want to express the institutional gravity of the abuse and arbitrariness that this judge is exercising," continued the senator, who also asked that the judge's ruling be "rejected, ignored and denounced as an excess."

"As a precautionary measure, preventing the Senate from functioning in a procedure that is its competence, such as analyzing the judges' agreements, constitutes an uprising of the Constitution and a violation of the republican system of government," Pais continued.

The senator was referring to this Thursday's ruling issued by Biotti in which he suspended the review of the transfers of Bruglia and Bertuzzi that were to be dealt with in the compound. The judge's ruling asks to suspend it until the substantive question is resolved:  if the judges must go through Congress again. The chambermaids assure that they have not and that they have already complied with that procedure

"This judge is surely committing an abuse of power and accredits a total ignorance of the Constitution," the senator continued in a harsh tone during the virtual session while Cristina Kirchner listened attentively.

The vice president has interests in the fate of the two chambermaids that must be analyzed by the Senate. Both Bertuzzi and Bruglia intervened in files where Cristina is involved. In fact, they ratified all the actions of Judge Claudio Bonadio in the case of the bribery notebooks where she is prosecuted for being the head of an illicit association.

"This judge with such lightness and with a precautionary order orders the Senate to abstain, not to act. It is the Senate itself that must verify the paperwork and the procedure that is given to it. Later that judge or any other, will be able to verify if this Senate violated or not the Constitution, "argued Pais against Biotti and requested a" repudiation "against the ruling.

"We must not abide by an illegitimate and unconstitutional order that is a clear abuse of power," he closed.

In turn, the head of the Cambiemos interblock, Luis Naidenoff, answered Pais and asked to abide by Biotti's ruling. "We must show that regardless of whether we may like it or not, the rulings are fulfilled. If we do not agree with the decision of a magistrate, there are resources to appeal to try to reverse them. But not a kind of legal disobedience. It does not correspond. It is a worrying message, "said the radical senator.
