Shortly after five months of the quarantine ordered by the Government to try to combat the advance of the coronavirus and after having met with the committee of doctors and scientists that advises him, President Alberto Fernández receives this Thursday the head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, and the Buenos Aires governor, Axel Kicillof, to define how the isolation measures continue.
The Government will avoid talking about quarantine , but in the field of facts for the Government there is no reason to change. In the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires (AMBA) and in Chaco, Jujuy and some of the towns of Río Negro, the areas most affected by the coronavirus will continue to have preventive and mandatory social isolation (ASPO).
